- 1) If you subscribe Google calendar on our platform, we will read your Google calendar information and event for display on our platform. And make it easier for you to publish more information about your schedule and collaborate with your colleagues.
- 2) When you authorize GoogleDrive from our platform and select files in GoogleDrive to upload to our platform, we will only store the URL of the files in GoogleDrive. At the same time, the file is Shared with other people on the meeting schedule with your permission

Share with other service users

6. How do we store and protect the data we collect
We take extra care in handling your data and always use industry standards where applicable.
7. How do we store and transfer data
- 1) We will store your data in the cloud RDS MySQL database, you can at https://www.aliyun.com/product/rds/mysql. Read more information about its physical security.
- 2) We always use secure connections (TLS/SSL) to transfer data between service users and third parties.
- 3) We encrypt all the data statically stored in the database.
- 4) Only some employees have access to our database.
We try to protect your data through a variety of security measures, but remember that no system is 100% secure.
8. How long do we keep the data
We will keep your personal information until you uninstall program, if you bind G Suite account has lifted, so we will be meeting you on our platform to create information, and personal data are deleted, unless the law requires or allows longer retention period, otherwise we will meet the necessary for the purpose of this privacy notice stated period retain your personal information.
