1) "Mingwork smart meeting" can be divided into applet version and other paid version due to different use scope of functions.
2) New registered users use the applet version by default. If they want to use a higher version, they need to contact the "mingwork" enterprise service to purchase and abide by the purchase agreement of both parties.
a) Delete or modify the copyright information on the network service platform, or forge ICP / IP address or packet name;
b) Conduct the behaviors of compiling, decompiling, reverse engineering or cracking the network service platform in other ways;
c) Conduct any behavior that damages the fair use of the network service platform or other behaviors that affect its normal use order, such as using bug (also known as "loopholes" or "defects") to obtain illegal interests;
d) Illegally invade and destroy the server system of the network service platform by using technology, or modify, add, delete, steal, intercept and replace the data in the client or server system of the network service platform, or illegally occupy the server space of the network service platform, or implement other behaviors to make it run overload;
e) Publish any fraudulent or false information;
f) Publish, forward and disseminate illegal speech that contains abusive, cursing, slandering, attacking, defaming Fenxiang technology and / or third-party content, or containing illegal content such as feudal superstition, obscenity, pornography, obscenity, terror, violence, murder, gambling, reactionary, inciting national hatred, endangering the reunification of the motherland and subverting the state power;
g) Use the network service platform to intentionally spread malicious programs or computer viruses, or publish, forward, and disseminate text, pictures, photos, programs, videos and / or animations that infringe on the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, name rights, reputation rights, privacy or other legitimate rights and interests of the third party by using the network service platform;
h) Send spam messages through "mingwork smart meeting" (the spam SMS referred to in this agreement is defined as SMS sending by users to unfamiliar customers, customers and personnel who do not agree to receive information by using the platform functions).
1) Mingwork Smart Meeting has the obligation to protect the information, data, works or other information related to users, except for the following reasons disclosed to third parties:
A) Disclosure based on national laws and regulations;
B) disclosure as required by the national judicial authorities and other relevant authorities based on legal procedures;
C) Disclosure for the purpose of protecting the legitimate rights and interests of "Mingwork Smart meeting", partners or you;
D) in case of emergency, to protect the personal safety of other users and third parties;
E) Disclosure with user's consent or at user's request.
2) "Mingwork smart meeting" reserves the right to use aggregate statistical information, entirely through anonymous statistics, and not for specific user analysis.
3) "Mingwork smart meeting" will record the contact information of the opened account, including but not limited to telephone, email and other information for later service support.
1) In case of any of the acts listed in Article 4 (1) of this agreement, mingwork smart meeting has the right to take one or more of the following measures without notifying the user:
A) Disconnect the network connection between the computer currently used by the user and the server of the network service platform;
B) The user is temporarily prohibited from enjoying the services by virtue of the service account of the network service platform currently in use;
C) Users shall not be allowed to use any function of the Network Service Platform for which payment is required until the date of paying off the fees owed and paying the corresponding fees in advance for the continued use of the aforesaid paid functions; D) Take measures other than those listed above.
2) If the user does not activate the account within 7 days after registration, Mingwork Smart Meeting has the right to take back the use right of the account and delete the data;
3) Mingwork Smart Meeting has the right to take back the right to use the account and delete the data if the user has not logged in for 180 days after registration.
1)The provisions of this Agreement are separable. If any of the provisions agreed upon are partially or wholly invalid, it shall not affect the legal effect of other parts of this clause or other terms of this agreement.
2) The titles of the terms of this Agreement are only indicative and eye-catching for user-friendly purposes, and have no guiding effect on the interpretation and application of this Agreement.
3) If a dispute or dispute arises between the user and the "disputable seller" over the relevant matters covered by this agreement, the two parties may negotiate and resolve it amicably. If consultation fails, either party may bring a suit in a people's court with jurisdiction.
4) The interpretation, validity and settlement of disputes in the terms of this agreement shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the mainland of the People's Republic of China.
5) The loss of operation and maintenance caused by users sending spam messages to "Mingwork smart meeting", such as the discontinuation of the communication platform, administrative penalty imposed by administrative authorities on the platform, or compensation for losses caused by normal users due to the platform's application for discontinuation, shall be borne by illegal users. The contents of the “Mingwork Customer Service Agreement" have been fully browsed and read. The Company promised to use the services provided on the Platform of Mingwork Smart Meeting in accordance with the provisions of the User Service Agreement of Mingwork Smart Meeting published by Mingwork Smart Meeting.
